Exercise? Easy? Nah!

So I bought the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I tried it tonight and I made it half way. MY gosh. I don't know how those people on the biggest loser do it. I am going to do this for 30 days straight and see how much better I get!

It is crazy at how out of shape I am. I have been doing horrible with WW and my weight loss so I decided I needed to add exercise and man it killed me. Ok not really kill me but I am sweating like a pig after only 10 min! Ok so maybe not 10 min maybe 6 but tomorrow I am going to do all 20 min and prepare for it! Meaning I have my water!

I totally want to come over and try it out! I will do with you. And yes, diet and exercise is hard (in the beginning) but then it becomes a life style change.

Exercising is crap! I really hate it, so I feel your pain! At least you're doing something! I, on the other hand am very glad my husband likes chubby girls!
