So yesterday ended my first full week on WW. I feel as though I did pretty darn good. I was able to drink all of my water and milk abd eat all of my veggies almost every day. There were a few days that I didn't do to well but you take those days as lessons. Lessons that teach you that if you do what you're supposed to do that you will only do better. I am happy to say that I lost 4 pounds this week! YAY! I look forward to next week!
