I just received a threat at work....

For those that don't know I take supervisor calls in a call center. On this call that I just took I was told by a customer that to get her issue resolved she will use a machete and a machine gun. WOW.. Then when I said something about her "Threat" she said oh honey don't worry those who do those things don't make actual threats.. This was after she had told me that these are reasons why people go into buildings and blow them up..

Yup.. That is what I was just told.. Smart woman.. Very very smart...
