Back to weight watchers that is. After many months of doing nothing except not eathing healthy I decided that I needed to go back. I am still down 4.6 pounds since I originally started. I went in today and gained 1 pound. It is a lot better than I thought that it would be.
Now just to stick with it and take one day at a time. While at the meeting today there were a couple of comments that really struck me. One was in order to be successful you have to track. Track everything. When I was doing WW before I wasn't tracking everything that I ate. I was doing the core plan so I wasn't tracking. Which leads to under estimating your food intake. They said that if you don't track everything you eat on average 10-15 more points than you should. Also the other comment was thin is in think. In order to be thin you have to think about what you're doing...
That's it for now!

Good for you! Best of hard work to you (since there is no luck in shedding pounds).
Misty-
I know you can do. It is soooo hard at first. It took me almost 4 years just to change my mind set so I can understand a bit where you are coming from. Tracking is key and if you forget one day always overestimate the intake; works because you work harder to burn more calories and eat less and sometimes you find out you really didn't eat that high. One thing that clinic in St. George told me so this is advice from them not me,but they said you can chg diet and work out 40 hrs a week, but nothing will chg if you still burn the same # of calories as you eat. Of course eating healthy makes you feel better and puts your mind in the right place, but ultimately it comes down to burning more calories than you eat. Good Luck you will do great and don't get on that scale every day it drove me nuts when I did. If you need any motivation or just a partner sometimes let me know and I will be there for you.
