So this last week was horrible. I got some news that me being an emotial eater led me to eat.. So I wouldn't be surprised to see if all 5.6 pounds lost have been gained back. I am still going to go to my meeting tomorrow and post about my results. I am back to eating healthy starting tomorrow.
PS... Eating the bad food did NOTHING for me. Didn't make me feel better... Instead it made me feel bad.. GO figure.

I'm still way freaking proud of you. And you are an inspiration to me, and because of you, I've started eating better, and I'm working hard to get back to working out. So this week wasn't totally wasted! You helped me, and that's gotta count for something!
